Villa Rêvelot

Villa Rêvelot is located in the Lot, in the wonderful Malbec wine region, not far from Cahors. It is very quietly located in a residential area, at the highest point of the region yet close to the beautiful medieval town of Puy L' Evêque. Restaurants, stores, bakery, everything can be found a short distance away. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people, is very tastefully decorated, has all possible facilities and is maximally equipped. Ideal for 2 small families. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. Furthermore a spacious living room, kitchen, laundry room, mezzanine. There is a basement with a man-cave with pool table and darts. In the basement there are also 4 good bikes available, including mountain bikes and an electric woman's bike. You can cycle along the river Lot on an old train track, but also the more experienced cyclists will find what they are looking for uphill. After all, once out of the Lot valley it goes steeply uphill. There is a rear terrace with pergola and a front terrace overlooking the heated pool. So there is always sun or shade to be found somewhere. In addition, next to the house is a spacious lawn where a private jeu-de-boules court has been built. 200m behind the house the river Lot winds its way through the countless vineyards. The town of Puy L'Evêque rivals Saint-Cirq-Lapopie for the title of most beautiful town on the Lot. It is a lovely stroll through the narrow streets of the old part, often with very nice views. There are several good restaurants, ranging from bib-gourmands to even starred establishments. A Flemish wine grower lives nearby, who has several wines with various awards. The surroundings also have a lot to offer, the castle of Bonaguil, Domme, Sarlat, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the pilgrimage site Rocamadour.... The rental price for this vacation villa is 1500 €/week during the months of July and August and 1250 €/week during May, June and September. All the other months the price is fixed at 1000 €/week. For cleaning 75 € is requested. Please note that these prices are for occupancy of a maximum of 6 people ! For each additional guest (from 7 to max 9 persons) an additional 100 €/week is requested.
