Excellently restored, very spacious vacation home with privé pool, beautiful terrace and grounds on the edge of the village of Sanilhac, ca.8 km southwest of the characteristic village of Largentière. From the large terrace and by the pool you have a wonderful view over the valley. Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is another smaller terrace, located on the village side. Besides the spacious living-dining room downstairs there is a small sitting room with an extra television upstairs. In front of your vacation home and by the pool is a part of the grounds of about 400 m2. To the side of the house there is then another large area, consisting of grassland stretching from the hill into the valley, where a small stream flows. The beautiful surroundings of the southern Ardèche offer plenty of peace and quiet and are an eldorado for nature lovers and hikers, but also canoeërs will find plenty to enjoy. At several places on the rivers Chassezac and Ardèche you can rent canoes and kayaks, such as Balazuc (17 km) and Vogüé. In the immediate vicinity are pleasant, lively towns like Largentière (8 km) and Joyeuse (11 km), the characteristic Montréal with its beautiful castle is only 4 km away. A trip to the famous Vallon Pont d'Arc (30 km) and the Gorges de l'Ardèche is also a possibility, as is a visit to the historic town of Aubenas. For basic groceries you can visit Laurac (5 km). In Largentière you will find further amenities.
