Experience peace and privacy in this luxury 6 person villa. With stunning views over the Texel landscape and within walking distance of both the North Sea and the Wadden Sea, you can fully enjoy your vacation.

First floor with open fireplace
Through the hall with toilet you enter this luxurious 6 persons villa. Then you come into the spacious living room with atmosphere fireplace (gas), cable TV, radio and DVD/CD player and floor heating. A wonderful place to relax after a tiring day at the beach.

The kitchen of this luxury villa is fully equipped and you can easily prepare a delicious meal for you and your family. The fully equipped kitchen has a combi microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and kettle.

The first of the three bedrooms can be found on the first floor. This bedroom is equipped with 2x single box spring beds, TV, safe for your valuables and an adjoining bathroom. This bathroom is luxuriously equipped with whirlpool, walk-in shower and bathroom furniture.

The basement for the clean laundry
The laundry facility of this luxury villa is located in the basement. Here you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.

Upper floor with wellness facilities
On the upper floor you will find two spacious bedrooms each with 2x single box spring beds, PVC flooring and their own television. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Texel landscape and coast. This bedroom also has a sunbed where you can work on your tan. In the children's room there is a wooden crib. The beds are equipped with comforters. Renting the linen is mandatory. For the crib, please bring your own linen.

The luxury of the villa is again evident in the upstairs bathroom. You can enjoy the double steam cabin / shower after a long beach walk on the beautiful Texel beach. You will also find in the bathroom a 2nd toilet, bathroom cabinet and hair dryer.

Enjoying the Texel coast

With the coast within walking distance on either side of the park, you will completely relax in this luxury vacation villa. After a day on Texel you will come completely home in the villa with central heating and underfloor heating.

For the little ones, the small playground with trampoline is the place to play outside. Within the villa there is also thought to the children with a high chair, crib and stair gate.

The south-facing terrace is a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy the sun or in the summer to eat outside. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and parasol.
