My comfortable holiday home, type D, in the sociable yet quiet 5-star holiday park De Krim, on the most beautiful spot on the island of Texel, in the middle of nature and dune landscape, is available for rent during the following periods:

The holiday home offers you a bedroom on the ground floor with a box spring double bed, large wardrobe and a modern shower room with WC. In addition, the open, spacious living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, microwave-oven combination and high chair, smart TV, radio and DVD player. Also the spacious entrance area.
Upstairs there are two more separate bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds, a cot and wardrobe, a new shower room and a separate WC. The staircase can be secured with a grille.
In the spacious 350 sqm outdoor area with all-round glazed sun terrace, lawn and hedge roses, you can relax or play in peace.
In the separate storage room at the house you will find sunbeds, parasol, washing machine and hoover and whatever else you need.
Next to the large, new parking space at the house for 2-3 cars and the wide access with motion detectors, there is a garden shed with patio chair cushions and space for bicycles or beach accessories.
Holiday park De Krim offers free facilities such as the indoor/outdoor swimming pool with various slides and several playgrounds. Slides and several playgrounds. Bicycle rental, climbing park, bowling, indoor mini-golf and billiards are available for a fee.
You can eat in the various restaurants and the supermarket with bread service or in the nearby village of de Cocksdorp.
The kilometre-long sandy beach can be reached on foot through the beautiful dune landscape in about 40 minutes. The golf course is also within walking distance.
The rental price is graded according to the season and starts at XXX €/day, incl. final cleaning (75,-€) and one bed linen (9,95€). The Crimea obligatory asks for separate bed linen from the 2nd pers. for one-time 9,95€ and visitor's tax 2,30€/pers./day.
