Watervilla Noorderbries has a modern fitted kitchen and a fantastically large, tastefully decorated, bright and sunny living room on the first floor.
Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms and an infra red sauna.

By the way, the small-scale Waterpark is neatly maintained and guarantees a lot of privacy.

The IJsselmeer beach is near, 300m away. Here you can enjoy walking, (kite)surfing, kite flying, sunbathing, swimming and enjoying the sunset.

The holiday home has two private parking spaces.

At about 250m is a supermarket, where you can get hot fresh rolls and a newspaper every morning.

The villa has 2 terraces on either side of the living room and 1 terrace down by the water, so you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. One terrace has an outside staircase with flagpole. So of course there is enough garden furniture available to relax. There is also a barbecue (charcoal) available.

Your pet is welcome (E 7,- a day).

For the children there is a beautiful new playground on the park within walking distance.

Do you need a cot, high chair, playpen or life jacket? We take care of it. Even a wagon is possible.

In the house there is a washing machine, dryer and a freezer. There is also an iron and ironing board available. Wireless internet is available free of charge: Wifi.

Bath towels can be rented. 1 Package: 1 large and 2 small towels, costs ¤ 5.00 (not required). When you come, your holiday home is super clean and your beds are neatly made. My husband and I welcome you personally.
