Vakantiehuisje in Arnhem

In the former bunker farmhouse (WWII) an architectural bunker has been created in the basement with its own entrance.
It has a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, living room with small pantry (fridge). The pantry is fine for cooking an egg or a simple meal. In summer it is nice and cool, in winter it is heated with an Infra red panel, floor heating in the bathroom and some extra portable heaters, an extra blanket is needed in winter.
There is also a large closet full of building materials, architectural books and magazines. It is the inspiration room of the architect who lives in the house upstairs. The apartment is ok, but we are still working on the finishes. We call it "industrial" for now.
