The large living room of Mer du Nord with a cozy (gas) fireplace has comfortable, large lounge sofas. The veranda / dining room has extra large tables for a group of 24 people to dine extensively. The kitchen is extensively equipped with all amenities such as a kitchen island, American fridge, dishwashers etc.
Mer du Nord can also only rent with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets (these are all on the first floor) a number of bedrooms are equipped with shutters to the house during the summer to keep cool.
Throughout the villa there is free WiFi, central heating, underfloor heating in the living room and veranda, a large television for video presentation in the veranda and an extra television in the living room.

In " Waterdunen" there are several hiking and biking trails.Along the coast there is a bike path overlooking the sea to Cadzand and an outer dike bike path towards Hoofdplaat ( along the Westerschelde ).
The area is a child-friendly environment with playground, mini golf and restaurant at 500m distance and Bowling at 40m distance.
