The living room is furnished with a separate TV corner / sitting area and a separate dining area with a long antique monastery table . The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove "la Cornue", a drawer to warm plates, large Samsung frigo with separate fridge door and freezer door, dishwasher and all other electro you expect in a kitchen. There is a bathroom and a very large separate shower room. In the shower room you also have a washing machine, a dryer and a drying rack. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a box spring 180 x 200 and a very spacious closet, bedroom 2 has a bed 180 x 200 with slats + mattresses and 2 closets + crib, bedroom 3 has 1 bunk bed 80 x 200 with slats + mattresses and a large open wardrobe.

The very spacious terrace offers you complete privacy. There is a long terrace table with 4 wicker chairs. A smaller metal table with 4 metal chairs is also available. From noon, the sun shines on the terrace. A parasol with concrete base is available, as well as deck chairs.

In the Avenue des Dunes, parking is prohibited. However, you can park your car in the garage. There is then certainly enough space to place your bicycles or other equipment. In front of the garage, on the driveway, there is still room for 2 cars. There is no shortage of parking space.
