The house is decorated with character with many paintings made by the owner and his daughter (see also the photos). You share the pool with the owner, a single elderly gentleman who uses it only occasionally. In practice, you will often have the pool all to yourself. The owner lives in the villa next door, where he has his painting studio. Around your vacation home you will find a rather large privéterrain with quite a lot of privacy on the side where you will find 2 terraces and the beautiful view. The house is located about 1 km from the center of the beautiful village of Cotignac, where you will find a very cozy and authentic center with many nice stores, terraces and restaurants. Cotignac is located about 20 km northeast of the beautiful town of Brignoles. In the vicinity are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. Nearby you will also find many beautiful villages such as Salernes (known for its very fine tile and ceramics production, you will find many stores with a beautiful selection), Barjols, Carcès, Lorgues and Correns. The magnificent Lac de Ste Croix is over half an hour away and is well worth a visit, as are the impressive canyons of the Gorges du Verdon. Golf at Flassans (Golf de Barberoux), about 17 km.
