It is child-friendly and offers serene views, modern amenities and a lovely outdoor terrace over the water. Enjoy boating, supping or biking right outside your door and end your day with a barbecue and a beautiful sunset from the terrace.
The house is stylish yet functional and has great amenities for families with children. A crib, high chair and life jackets are available free of charge upon request, and access to the water and stairs is protected with a fence.
The house is located on a small water park and has its own parking lot and a private marina right next to the house, where you can dock your own or a rental boat if you wish.
