Tiny house (self-sufficient tiny house on wheels) on a 6,000 square meter natural estate surrounded by forests and lakes near the town of Schortens. Less is more: minimalist living in 22.5 square meters with little luggage and without everything that makes life pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom with large shower cubicle and separate toilet, self-sufficient electricity and water supply, 2 sleeping lofts for 2 adults and 2 children + sitting/dining area that can be converted into a double bed in two easy steps, baby crib, electric underfloor heating + infrared panels, wood stove.
Infrastructure: On the estate we run the organic & fair trade department store "Fairhandelshaus MERCADO MUNDIAL with the bistro cafe "Fair-Café" (vegan food), which houses our coffee roastery, the organic & fair trade consumer goods store with unpackaged department. "We have everything you need, and what we don't have, you don't need." We have a vegan sausage shop and a vegan patisserie.
