Villa Il Querceto has a private pool, can accommodate up to 20 people in 6 large rooms and has a 5000sqm park with complete privacy for guests.

On the ground floor we have a large kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay (pots, cutlery, glasses, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle, etc.) and a large dining room lunch where you can eat together.
Continue the ground floor with a large living room with several sofas and a beautiful bar perfect for making aperitifs with your friends where you can spend unique moments. There is also a billiard room and a complete bathroom with all services.

The house remains only 18km from the sea and is only 5 km from the city center where you can find all the services with supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, etc.
