The House :
House Tine has been completed in 2015 with all conveniences.The house has a very high insulation value making it summer cool and in winter very well insulated against the cold with o.a triple glazing. All houses have the same size and stand on a plot of 600 m2 per house, each with a garden house for, among other things, the bicycles and a roof with a sauna in it. In house Tine we have two bedrooms with one beautiful master bedroom that connects to the balcony. The villa has two luxurious electric beds that can also be separated to 4 x 1-person. This chamber can also be separated by means of a dividing wall so that three rooms are created and two additional folding beds can be added. All beds have satin bed linen. We can also provide you with cots that you can also use as a box. In this house you will find a beautiful bathroom with toilet, jacuzzi, steam cabin / rain shower, underfloor heating, etc. with all options of that. The house has lime-free water which makes the use of the bathrooms feel even better. Downstairs you will find in the house: underfloor heating, see-through stove with a smart TV, interactive TV, Netflix (so unlimited movies and series watching), many channels and good internet, toilet with urinal and a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker, normal coffee machine and extensive kitchen utensils. Also a beer tender (Krups) is present for a nice cool draft beer. On the veranda you will find a 6 person garden set of teak with sun loungers and a barbecue.

Nature and environment:
Huis Tine is located on a small holiday park south of the attractive (green) village of Den Ham. The park is very small-scale, quietly situated in nature and has a clear vision: guests must feel at home in a natural and casual way. So relax. The Zandstuvebos with its wonderful walking and cycling routes is within walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity there is much more natural beauty to admire: Eerde, Junne, the Engberdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate, Lemelerberg, you name it. It is the perfect base for those who like to make a nice walking or cycling trip. There is also a lot of fishing water around the village. Den Ham and the surrounding villages such as Ommen, Hellendoorn etc. offer ample facilities for everyone.
Besides having fun in the wooded area, there are many more activities, for example in Den Ham you will find an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, amusement parks such as: "Avonturenpark Hellendoorn" (10 car minutes), Ballorig and Kartplaza Nijverdal (10 car minutes) and Ponypark Slagharen (25 car minutes).
