This house stands on a plot of 1300m2 garden and therefore has plenty of privacy and an area where there is always a spot of sun or shade. For the children there is a playhouse built with slide and from the furnished terrace the children can play in the sandbox or in the playground near the house.
The forest house is comfortably furnished and completely renovated in 2024. There are three bedrooms. One room upstairs, with two single box spring beds and downstairs one with bunk beds 80x190 (aimed at children) and a bedroom with a double box spring bed 160x200. . The bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
Parking is available on private property up to two cars.
