Quiet location and beautiful views, on one side a hint of the Mediterranean Sea and on the other side of the house you see the Pyrenees! This lovely house is located slightly higher (at approx. 350 meters) above sea level and you therefore have several breathtaking views . It is a cozy vacation home with a rustic feel. You have access to a spacious and completely fenced garden so that you and your children will have a safe vacation.
The house has a very cozy living room with comfortable lounge sofas, wifi, large television with Dutch channels, 6 person dining table and a spacious fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a cozy, covered veranda with large lounge corner sofa. There are 2 cozy bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with sturdy bunk beds and a crib. As said, a fully equipped house (with washing machine, microwave, grill plate, kettle, toaster, Senseo and normal coffee maker, frying pan, juicer, toaster, ironing board with iron etc.), and bathroom with comfortable bathtub, hairdryer and very spacious living room.
Around the house are also several other cozy terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of day or in the evening with a glass of wine from the sunset. A nice pool is located on the terrace next to the house (from late June to mid-September). On the veranda and on the terraces are several chairs and tables, lounge-bed, picnic table, garden bench and a great lounge-corner bench and it is lovely to stay! For the enthusiast, a lovely hammock can be hung between the trees in the garden!
It is not a bare standard vacation house but a really fully furnished house with full bookcases, stereo, Dutch Television (and many foreign channels), Wi-Fi, DVD player, 2nd television with DVD player in the bedroom, various games, in short, this house is really fully equipped! Ideal for families with children or 1 or 2 couples! You can use the crib for free.
Nearby there are several swimming pools and a restaurant with bar and supermarket. As said, the house has beautiful views and is quiet yet close to the bustling LLoret de Mar & picturesque Tossa de Mar, 65km from Barcelona and 23km from the airport in Girona. At 200 meters there is a bus stop to the beach and center of LLoret de Mar. (10 min.) Near the second largest water park in Europe Water/Aqua World, just 5 minutes.
Also the golf enthusiast will find what they are looking for, there are more than 4 golf resorts in the area with 18 and 36 holes. For more info: google and go to golf Costa Brava.
With Ryanair you can fly from Eindhoven, Maastricht and Dusseldorf/Niederein (just across the border at Nijmegen) if you book on time and cheaply up and down to Girona! With Transavia you fly from Rotterdam to Girona at advantageous rates. You can also find cheap tickets at Vueling. For a cheap rental car look at: doyouspain or through the ANWB.
