This vacation home has just been completely remodeled. The house was originally a farm, and is in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the village of Ballum. There is a large garden with a playground and 2 parking spaces. Because of the tree surround, you have maximum privacy. The terrace faces south and there is a nice garden set with a large parasol. There is an outdoor tennis table. From the living room the terrace is accessible through the two garden doors. The 70 m2 living room has a sitting area and a dining area for 8 people. The kitchen has a cooking island and there is a microwave, an oven, dishwasher and a large refrigerator with freezer. There are four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all have single box-spring beds. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower, toilet, 2 sinks and a towel radiator. There is underfloor heating throughout. There are cribs and high chairs
