Welcome to our fine dune house Anders Wad(t). It is uniquely situated on the edge of the Anchorage. Anders Wad(t) has a beautiful unobstructed view over the dunes. The beach, the sea, the forest and the village are within reach.

Behind the large backyard begins the forest.
From environmental and climate concerns we try to be economical with energy and natural resources. In Anders Wad(t) you will find comfortable second-hand designer furniture and use good basic facilities. Anders Wad(t) has solar panels and thus largely provides for its own energy needs.
The cottage is entirely on the ground floor and in 2023 marmoleum was laid in all rooms with underfloor heating adjustable per room. The cottage gives a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings. The lovely bright living room has windows on three sides and a sliding door that gives access to the south-facing, partially covered terrace. In the living room you will find a small flat screen TV on swivel arm, in the cupboard there is a radio / CD player, a small collection of books, board games and various CDs. On the notice board you will find relevant information about Vlieland and the cottage, including the wifi code.
The corner kitchen, completely renovated in 2023 with a natural stone countertop, includes an induction cooktop, electric oven, quoocker faucet, tabletop refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. It is good practice to always have coffee and tea available, as a warm welcome to our guests.
The spacious master bedroom with beautiful high ceiling on the west side has a fixed sink and an extra high, double bed topped with two single mattresses, two synthetic single comforters and pillows. Two closets provide the necessary hanging and storage space.
The cozy south-facing bedroom has a bunk bed. In this room, a beautiful natural stone bowl serves as a sink there is a fixed hanging-leg cabinet. In this closet you will also find the cushions for the garden chairs. On the beds there are single synthetic comforters and synthetic pillows.
The fully tiled shower room also has underfloor heating and the shower has a thermostat button. You can choose from a rain shower or a shower with a smaller, more economical nozzle. There is also a sink in the shower room.
The separate and fully tiled toilet room has underfloor heating and a sink.
In the storage/entrance is a washing machine with eco button and choices for shortened washing programs.
ANDERS WAD(T): simple but complete, an honest dune house for a ditto vacation!

The interior / furniture of Anders Wad(t) is not designed for children / young people.
Anders Wad(t) is rented to adults. Children of unknown guests have a minimum age of 18 years.

We offer free internet connection. So you can use unlimited wireless internet with your own laptop. There are no availability requirements for this extra service.
SMOKING and PETS are not allowed
RENTAL:
Rent includes tourist tax and excludes the cost of mandatory final cleaning
FULL WEEK: The cottage is rented throughout the year fixed, full weeks from Friday to Friday
MIDWEEK: Midweek rental only in the months of January through March and October through December. No midweek rentals during school vacations that fall within those months.
WEEKENIND RENTALS are not possible.
